This is a custom guest house built in 2023 that is adjacent to our main home. It was designed with maximum privacy in mind - it has a separate driveway and parking area away from the other house. The accommodations are above a three car garage which is for our personal use (this space will be locked off.)

 

The home has two bedrooms each with a king size bed and a loft with four twin beds, a fully stocked kitchen, one bathroom, laundry facilities and a beautiful deck. The view of the Bitterroot mountains from this home is spectacular. We are located about 10 minutes from the Bitterroot River which has fantastic fly fishing. The hiking in the area is unbelievable, including an amazing hike you can start right from the house.  This house is accessible and available year round.

 

We are located one hour south of Missoula - so if you are flying in, Missoula is the nearest commercial airport. We are the perfect location in between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks - minus the crowds.

 

No smoking or vaping inside the house; no pets.
